The regular meetings of the New York Roentgen Society will be held at the New York Academy of Medicine, 1216 Fifth Avenue (corner of 103rd Street and Fifth Avenue), on one Monday each month from fall through spring every year. Programs for these meetings offer a varied and rich educational experience.
Educational Goals and Objectives
To address current topics in the major radiologic and radiation oncologic subspecialties. Attendees will be able to apply state-of-the-art techniques, optimize protocols, recognize current indications for various imaging modalities, and identify imaging patterns of various diseases.

Accreditation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the New York Academy of Medicine and the New York Roentgen Society. The New York Academy of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The New York Academy of Medicine designates this continuing medical education activity for 2.5 credit hours in Category 1 of the Physicians’ Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. The physician should only claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spends in the educational activity.
Anyone who attends these meetings must sign-in at the registration desk to receive CME credits.
Residents' Quiz
Resident Members are eligible to take the quiz that is presented at the start of each meeting. You must be a resident Member in good standing and must be present at the end of the review of the quiz cases to win the prize money.
